Can you recover a page that a former employee created?
Often, yes. If any admin can still be reached, we transfer access properly. If not, we guide you through Meta's own recovery and ownership request steps, which need your business documents and can take some time. The final decision rests with Meta.
Will I get the handle I want on every platform?
Only if it is free on each one. We check availability first and suggest the closest consistent option, such as adding your city, so customers can still recognise you across platforms.
Can every business have an Instagram or Facebook shop?
No. Shops depend on Meta's commerce eligibility rules, your product category and your country settings. Where a shop is not available, a WhatsApp catalogue and product posts with an order link work well for most small businesses.
Does setup include regular posting?
Setup covers building the profiles correctly, plus a welcome post on each platform. Regular posting is part of our Social Media Management service, and campaigns are covered by our Social Media Marketing service.
Do I need a separate phone number for WhatsApp Business?
It is better to use a number that belongs to the business rather than a personal one, so it stays with the business if staff change. We help you move an existing number to WhatsApp Business without losing chats where possible.
How long does the full setup take?
Usually one to two weeks once we have your logo, details and access. Recovering old pages through Meta's process can take longer, and we keep you updated on WhatsApp at each step.
