Overview
About the role
This internship is for students and freshers who enjoy design and want to see their work used by real businesses. At InfoPearl Tech you will design for live clients: social media posts and reels covers, ad creatives, logos, visiting cards, brochures and website layouts. Our clients include schools, clinics, shops, hotels, builders and consultants, so each brief is different and you will learn to design for a clear purpose and audience, not just for looks.
The role is hybrid, based in Gwalior, with time at the office to work closely with the marketing and development teams. You will use Canva, Photoshop and Figma, learn to follow brand guidelines, and prepare files correctly for print, web and social media. A senior team member gives feedback on each piece so your work improves steadily. Interns receive an offer letter at joining and a completion certificate at the end. What you will do and learn
Creatives for ads
Create images for Meta and Google Ads in the right sizes for each placement, and see how different designs perform once the campaigns start running.
Logos and brand kits
Work on logos, colour palettes, letterheads and visiting cards for new businesses, and learn how a brand stays consistent across print and screen.
Website layouts in Figma
Help design homepage and inner page layouts in Figma that our developers turn into live websites, and learn to design for mobile first.
Files ready for print
Prepare brochures, flyers and standees with correct sizes, bleed and resolution, so files print properly at the press the first time.
Feedback on every piece
Get regular feedback from senior designers and the marketing team, and learn to handle client revisions calmly, clearly and on time.

Do I need a portfolio to apply?
A portfolio helps us see your style and skill, even if it has college or personal work. If you do not have one yet, we may ask you to complete a short design task.
Which software should I know?
Canva and Photoshop are used most, and Figma for website layouts. If you know one well, you can learn the others on the job.
Is the role remote or in office?
It is hybrid and based in Gwalior, with some days at the office and some work from home.
Do I get a certificate?
Yes. Interns receive an offer letter at joining and a completion certificate at the end of the internship.
