Overview

Why it matters

Many academic journals and conferences in India still collect papers by email, track reviews in spreadsheets and upload issues as loose PDFs. This makes the process slow for editors and unclear for authors. Our Journal & Conference Portal is a ready website built for academic publishing. We have built and maintain sites in this space, including the IJRRETAS journal website and AcademicEdge, so we understand the pages and workflows editors need, from author guidelines to issue archives.

The portal covers manuscript submission and review, issue and archive pages, editorial board and policy pages, and conference registration with certificates. Depending on your needs it can also include author and reviewer dashboards, status emails, plagiarism report uploads, DOI fields, payment of processing or registration fees through UPI, and indexing-friendly article pages. We set it up with your name, logo, ISSN details and policies, and customise the workflow to match how your editorial team works.

Key modules

01

Online manuscript submission

Authors submit papers through a form with their details, files and declarations, and receive a manuscript ID and email updates as it moves through review.

02

Review and editorial workflow

Editors assign reviewers, reviewers submit comments through their own login, and decisions such as revise, accept or reject are recorded against each paper.

03

Issues and archives

Publish volumes and issues with article pages, abstracts, keywords and PDF downloads, and keep a clean archive that readers and indexers can browse.

04

Journal information pages

Editorial board, aims and scope, author guidelines, peer review policy, publication ethics and contact pages, all set up with your own content and easy to update.

05

Conference registration

For seminars and conferences, take registrations and paper submissions, collect fees by UPI or card, and issue participation or presentation certificates.

06

Search-friendly article pages

Article pages carry proper titles, authors and metadata, which helps Google Scholar and search engines find and list your published papers.

FAQ

Questions people ask

Still unsure? Message us on WhatsApp and we will answer the same day.

Can authors track the status of their paper?

Yes. Authors get a manuscript ID and can log in to see whether the paper is under review, needs revision or has been accepted. Status emails can also be sent at each stage.

Can you move our old issues to the new portal?

Yes. We upload previous volumes and issues with titles, authors, abstracts and PDFs, so your archive stays complete on the new site.

Does the portal get our journal indexed?

The portal is built with clean article pages and metadata that indexing services and Google Scholar can read. Actual indexing decisions are made by the indexing bodies, so we cannot promise inclusion.

Can it handle a one-time conference as well as a journal?

Yes. It can be set up only for a conference, only for a journal, or for both, with registration, submission and certificates for events.
