Can you maintain a website you did not build?
Yes. We first do a health check to understand how it is built and what needs fixing. If the site is in very poor shape, we tell you honestly whether repairing or rebuilding makes more sense before you commit to a plan.
What counts as a content change?
Updating text, photos, prices, staff details, banners or adding a simple page are content changes. New features, redesigns or extra sections are quoted separately as small projects so the AMC stays predictable.
Is WhatsApp automation allowed by WhatsApp?
Yes, when done through the official WhatsApp Business Platform with approved message templates and customers who have agreed to hear from you. We set it up that way so your number is not at risk of being blocked.
What happens if my site goes down?
Uptime monitoring alerts us, and we check the cause, whether hosting, an update or an attack, then restore the site from backup if needed. You can also reach us on WhatsApp at any time to report a problem.
