Should I choose Shopify, WooCommerce or a custom store?
Shopify is quick to run but has a monthly fee in dollars and transaction limits on some plans. WooCommerce gives you more control on your own hosting. A custom build suits stores with unusual pricing, B2B rates or deep integrations. We explain the trade-offs for your case before you decide.
How do I get a payment gateway?
We help you apply for a Razorpay account using your business PAN, bank account and GST details. Once Razorpay approves it, we connect it to the store and test real payments before launch.
Can you upload all my products?
Yes. Send us a spreadsheet with product names, prices, descriptions and photos, and we upload them in bulk. If you do not have product photos or descriptions, we can quote for photography edits and copywriting.
How is shipping handled?
You can ship yourself for local orders, or use a courier aggregator for all-India delivery. We set delivery charges by pincode, weight or order value, and can connect a courier service so tracking numbers reach customers.
