Yes. Reception can add walk-in and phone bookings into the same calendar, so online and offline appointments never clash.
Is patient data kept private?
Access is controlled by login, so each staff member only sees what their role needs. The system runs on secure hosting with SSL, and the data belongs to your clinic.
Can it work for more than one branch?
Yes. It can be configured for multiple branches, each with its own doctors and timings, while the owner sees combined reports.
Do patients have to pay online?
Only if you want them to. Online payment through UPI or cards can be turned on for some or all services, or patients can pay at the clinic as usual.
