Overview

How we help research & publishing

An academic journal or conference is judged quickly by its website. Authors look for the aims and scope, editorial board, author guidelines, current issue, archives and a clear way to submit. Reviewers want a simple way to receive and return manuscripts. We built and maintain the IJRRETAS journal website, with issues, archives and author information, and the AcademicEdge publication support site with its admin panel, so we know the pages and workflows this field needs.

Our Journal & Conference Portal covers manuscript submission and review, issue and archive pages, and registration with certificates for events, set up with your journal or conference details and customised to your editorial process. For research groups, publishers and academic service firms, we build service websites with enquiry forms and admin panels, like the one we built for Shodhyantri. We can also handle domains, hosting, business email and the search and social presence that brings authors and delegates to you.

What we build for you

01

Journal website structure

Aims and scope, editorial board, author guidelines, current issue and archives laid out the way authors expect, with every article page easy to find and cite.

02

Online manuscript submission

Authors upload manuscripts through a form, and editors track each paper from submission through review and decision in one admin panel.

03

Online conference registration

Event pages with dates, tracks and fees, online registration with Razorpay or UPI payments, and participation certificates generated for delegates.

04

Issue and archive pages

Each issue gets its own page with article titles, authors and PDFs, and older volumes stay organised in an archive that grows with the journal.

05

Discoverability for articles

Clean page titles, article metadata and a sitemap so search engines can index your papers, along with fast loading for readers on mobile data.

06

Admin panel for editors

Editors and staff update issues, board members, announcements and call-for-papers notices themselves, without waiting on a developer for small changes.

FAQ

Questions people ask

Still unsure? Message us on WhatsApp and we will answer the same day.

Have you built journal websites before?

Yes. We built and maintain the IJRRETAS journal website and the AcademicEdge publication support site. Both are live and can be seen at ijrretas.com and academicedges.in.

Can you move our existing issues to the new site?

Yes. We migrate past issues, article PDFs and archive pages, and keep links working where possible so older citations still lead to the right place.

Can delegates pay conference fees online?

Yes. Registration can include Razorpay so delegates pay by UPI or card, and you see all registrations and payments in the admin panel.

Can editors manage everything without a developer?

For routine work, yes. Editors can publish issues, update the board and post announcements from the admin panel, and our maintenance plan covers anything larger.
