Complete journal policy pages
Aims and scope, editorial board, author guidelines, peer review policy, publication ethics, open access licence and copyright pages, laid out the way authors and indexing reviewers expect to find them.
A professional journal website with online submission, review workflow and clean archives that indexers can read.
We build peer-reviewed journal websites with aims and scope, editorial board, author guidelines, online submission, issue archives and article pages with PDFs. Sites run on Open Journal Systems (OJS) or a custom PHP platform, with Google Scholar meta tags on every article.

A journal is judged by its website before anyone reads a paper. Authors check the aims and scope, the editorial board, the review policy and the publication ethics statement before they submit. Indexing services and databases look for consistent article pages, clear metadata and a stable archive. A journal run from an email inbox and a few loose PDFs struggles on all these counts, however good its editorial work is. A well-organised site makes the journal look and work like a serious publication.
We build journal websites with all the standard pages: aims and scope, editorial board with affiliations, author guidelines, peer review policy, publication ethics, copyright and licensing, and article processing details if you charge them. Authors submit manuscripts online, editors assign reviewers, and every decision is recorded in one place instead of scattered emails. Each published article gets its own page with title, authors, abstract, keywords, references and a PDF download, grouped into volumes and issues with a full archive. We built and run the IJRRETAS journal website, so we know these workflows well.
You can choose Open Journal Systems (OJS), the free, widely used journal platform, or a custom PHP site if you want a simpler workflow. Either way, article pages carry Google Scholar meta tags and the ISSN is displayed where indexers expect it. We should be clear that indexing in Google Scholar, UGC-CARE, Scopus or any other database depends on that body's own criteria and review, not on the website alone. We build the site so it meets the technical side of those requirements properly.

Authors register and submit manuscripts online. Editors assign reviewers, track status and send decisions from one dashboard, with a clear record of every round of review.
Published papers are grouped into volumes and issues, with a current issue page and a full archive, so every article stays at a stable, permanent web address.
Every article page carries citation meta tags for title, authors, date, volume, issue, pages and PDF link, the format Google Scholar's inclusion guidelines ask for.
Your print and online ISSN appear in the header and on article pages. If you have Crossref membership, DOIs can be shown on each article and in citation formats.
We install and configure Open Journal Systems with your branding, or build a lighter custom PHP and MySQL platform when your editorial team prefers a simpler workflow.
We discuss your subject area, publication frequency, review model, editorial team and any existing issues that need to be moved online.
We recommend OJS or a custom PHP build, and send a page list, timeline and fixed written quote with GST invoice.
We design the journal layout, then set up policy pages with your text, or help draft them for the editor's approval.
We configure submission and review roles, load back issues with metadata, and test article pages and meta tags.
The site goes live on your domain, and we train editors to handle submissions, reviews and publishing new issues.

No website can promise that. Indexing in Scopus, UGC-CARE, Web of Science or similar databases depends on each body's own criteria and review of your editorial quality, regularity and ethics. We build the site so its technical side, such as policies, archives and metadata, is in order when you apply.
OJS is free, widely used by journals and has a complete submission and review workflow, so it suits most journals. A custom PHP site suits editors who want a simpler process or a particular design. We explain the trade-offs on the first call.
Yes. We load back issues with each article's title, authors, abstract, keywords and PDF, so the full archive is available on the new site. If old article URLs exist, we can set up redirects so existing links keep working.
No. In India, ISSN is allotted by the ISSN National Centre on application by the publisher. We can guide you on what the website needs to show before you apply, and we display the ISSN on the site once it is allotted.
Yes, if your journal has Crossref membership or a sponsoring organisation. We set up DOI fields, deposits and display on article pages. Our DOI Integration service explains this process in detail.
Yes. We built and maintain the website of IJRRETAS, an academic journal with issues, archives and author information. You can see it at ijrretas.com.
