Excel for analysis
Data cleaning, lookup formulas, pivot tables, charts and simple summary reports, the Excel skills most office and research work depends on every day.
Hands-on training in Excel, Power BI, Python, R, SPSS and SmartPLS, from first steps to advanced analysis.
We teach practical data analysis in Excel, Power BI, Python, R, SPSS and SmartPLS through modules that go from beginner to advanced level. Learners work on practice datasets in batches or one-to-one, online or at our Gwalior office.

Data skills are now asked for in almost every field, from business offices to PhD research. Yet many people learn a tool from scattered videos and get stuck the moment their own data looks different from the tutorial. A research scholar may know that a regression is needed but not how to check assumptions in SPSS. A working professional may use Excel daily but never build a pivot table or a dashboard. Structured, hands-on practice closes that gap far faster than watching more videos.
Our training is organised as modules for each tool. Excel for analysis covers cleaning, formulas, pivot tables and charts. Power BI covers data models and dashboards. Python for data science covers pandas, visualisation and basic machine learning. R covers data handling, statistics and plots. SPSS covers descriptive statistics, tests and regression for research. SmartPLS covers structural equation modelling for survey-based studies. Each module moves from beginner to advanced, and every session uses practice datasets so you learn by doing, not only by watching.
Learners include students, research scholars, faculty members and working professionals, so we adjust examples to each group. You can join a small batch or book one-to-one sessions if you want to work at your own pace or on your own research questions. Sessions run online live, at our Gwalior office, or at your institution. On completion you receive a certificate from Infopearl Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd, which is a company training certificate and not a university degree. Fees are shared as a fixed written quote after a short call.
Data cleaning, lookup formulas, pivot tables, charts and simple summary reports, the Excel skills most office and research work depends on every day.
Importing data, building relationships, writing basic DAX measures and designing clear dashboards that managers and supervisors can read without help.
Data handling with pandas or R, visualisation, statistical tests and introductory machine learning, taught step by step for learners with little or no coding background.
Data entry, coding, reliability, descriptive statistics, t-tests, ANOVA, correlation and regression, with guidance on reading and reporting the output in a thesis chapter.
Measurement and structural models, reliability and validity checks, bootstrapping and mediation for questionnaire-based studies, explained in plain language for scholars.
Join a small batch for regular classes, or book one-to-one sessions to move at your own pace and work through problems from your own dataset.
We talk about your background, the tools you need and what you want to be able to do after training.
You receive a module plan with topics, number of sessions, mode and a fixed written quote.
Each session explains a concept, then you practise it on a dataset with the trainer checking your work.
Between sessions you complete short exercises, which we review and discuss at the start of the next class.
You complete a final analysis task on your own, and receive a training certificate once the module is finished.
Still unsure? Message us on WhatsApp and we will answer the same day.
Yes. The beginner modules assume no coding background and start with installing the software and running simple commands. We move at a pace the batch can follow, and one-to-one sessions let you go slower if needed.
Yes, especially in one-to-one sessions. We first teach on practice datasets, then help you apply the same steps to your own data so you understand each result. The analysis and interpretation in your thesis remain your own work.
It depends on your goal. Office reporting usually starts with Excel and Power BI, survey research with SPSS or SmartPLS, and data science roles with Python. We suggest an order on the first call.
No. The certificate is issued by Infopearl Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd to confirm you completed the training. It is a company certificate, not a university degree, diploma or government qualification.
Python, R, RStudio, Jupyter and Power BI Desktop are free to install. SPSS and SmartPLS need a licence or trial version, and Excel needs Microsoft Office. We help you set up what you need before the first session.
Live online sessions can be recorded for the participants of that batch on request, so you can revise later. One-to-one sessions can also be recorded if you ask at the start.
