Overview

Why it matters

Most college syllabi ask students to complete an internship, but many students end up with a certificate and very little real work behind it. When an interviewer asks what they built, what tool they used or what problem they solved, there is not much to say. A useful internship should give a student at least one finished piece of work they can explain confidently, along with the habits of working to a brief, taking feedback and meeting a deadline.

Our internship training runs on the same kind of work we do for clients in Gwalior and elsewhere. Students choose a track: web development, digital marketing, graphic design, or data analysis with Power BI, Python and SPSS. Each intern gets a client-style project with a written brief, regular mentor reviews and corrections, and a final presentation. Interns receive an offer letter at joining and a completion certificate at the end, issued by Infopearl Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd, which is an MCA and MSME registered company.

Programmes run in formats from four weeks to six months, offline at our Gwalior office, as live online sessions, or at your college campus for a full batch. We help each student prepare a project report in the structure their college asks for, though the content must be their own work. Please note that our certificate is a company internship certificate, not a university degree or diploma, and whether your college accepts it for credit depends on your college's own rules. We do not promise jobs or placements.

What you get with us

Web development track

Interns learn HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP or Node.js, then build a working website or small web app with a database, reviewed by a developer at each stage.

Digital marketing track

Covers SEO basics, Google Business Profile, social media planning, Meta and Google Ads setup, and reading analytics reports, using practice accounts and sample business briefs.

Graphic design track

Interns design social posts, flyers, logos and simple brand kits in Canva, Photoshop and Figma, working from a brief and revising after mentor feedback.

Data analysis track

Students clean data in Excel, build Power BI dashboards and run analysis in Python or SPSS on practice datasets, then write up findings in plain language.

Offer letter and certificate

Each intern receives an offer letter at joining and a completion certificate from Infopearl Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd once the project and attendance requirements are met.

College batch internships

Training and placement officers can arrange a batch internship for their students, run at our office, online, or on campus, with a schedule matched to the semester.

Is the certificate a university or AICTE certificate?

No. The completion certificate is issued by Infopearl Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd, a registered private limited company. It is a company internship certificate, not a university degree, diploma or government certification. Please check with your college whether it meets their internship requirement.

How long are the internships?

We run formats from four weeks to six months. Shorter programmes suit summer or winter breaks, and longer ones suit semester-long internships or students who want a larger project. We plan the length around your college calendar.

Can I do the internship online?

Yes. Most tracks can be done through live online sessions with mentor reviews over video call and WhatsApp. Offline training is at our Gwalior office, and for college batches we can also come to your campus.

Will you write my project report?

No. The report has to describe your own work, so you write it. We guide you on the structure your college expects, review drafts and point out gaps, so the final report is accurate and complete.

Do you guarantee a job or placement after the internship?

No. We do not promise jobs or placements. What you take away is practical skill, a finished project you can explain, and a certificate, which together help in interviews.

Can our college arrange a batch internship?

Yes. Training and placement officers or department heads can contact us to plan a batch internship. We agree the tracks, duration, mode and schedule with the college, and share the details in writing.
