Data Analysis & Data Science

Clear, honest analysis of your business or research data, explained so you can use it.

We clean, analyse and visualise data for businesses, researchers, PhD and Master's scholars and institutions, using Power BI, R, Python, SPSS, SmartPLS and Excel. You get tables, charts and a plain-language report, plus the files and scripts behind every number.

  • Shops, distributors and manufacturers with sales and stock data in Excel or Tally
  • PhD and Master's scholars who have collected survey or experimental data
  • Faculty members preparing journal papers or project reports

Overview

Why it matters

Most organisations already have useful data. A shop has years of billing records, a clinic has appointment logs, a school has marks and attendance, and a scholar has hundreds of filled questionnaires. The trouble is that this data sits in scattered Excel sheets, Tally exports and Google Forms, full of blanks, spelling variations and duplicate rows. Before anyone can answer a question from it, someone has to bring it together, check it and organise it properly. That careful groundwork is where we start every project.

Our work covers two kinds of clients. Business owners usually want to see sales, stock, collections or customer trends at a glance, so we build Power BI dashboards and simple reports they can check every week. Researchers and scholars need proper statistics for a thesis, dissertation or journal paper: descriptive tables, reliability, hypothesis tests, regression, factor analysis or structural equation models. For both, we choose methods that suit the question and the data, not the most complicated technique available.

For academic work, we analyse only the data you collected, and we never fabricate, alter or selectively drop data to reach a desired result. We explain each test, why it was used and what the output means, so you can answer questions from your guide or examiners with confidence. We cannot promise significant results or publication, because those depend on your data and the journal. What we do promise is careful, transparent analysis, a fixed written quote after a short call, and files you fully own.

What you get with us

01

Data cleaning and preparation

We merge sheets, fix inconsistent entries, handle missing values, code responses and remove true duplicates, keeping a written log of every change so the cleaning step can be checked later.

02

Descriptive and inferential statistics

Frequencies, means, cross-tabulations, t-tests, ANOVA, chi-square, correlation and regression, chosen to match your research questions and reported with the correct test statistics and effect sizes.

03

Business dashboards

Power BI dashboards for sales, inventory, collections or admissions that refresh from your own data sources, so owners and managers see the same up-to-date numbers without asking for reports.

04

Predictive modelling

Forecasting and machine learning models in Python or R, such as demand forecasts or customer classification, evaluated honestly on held-out data so you know how far to trust them.

05

Thesis and journal statistics

Analysis for PhD and Master's research, including reliability, factor analysis and SEM in SPSS, AMOS or SmartPLS, with APA-style tables and interpretation written in clear academic language.

06

Explained, not just delivered

Every report explains which method was used, why, and what the output shows. We walk you through it on a call, so you understand the analysis and can defend it.

Step by step

How we work

  1. 1

    Understand the question

We talk through your objectives or hypotheses, the data you have and the decisions or chapter the analysis will support.

  2. 2

    Check data & quote

We review a sample of your data, point out gaps or problems, suggest suitable methods and send a fixed written quote with timeline.

  3. 3

    Clean & prepare

We clean, code and structure the data, and share a short cleaning log so you can see exactly what was changed and why.

  4. 4

    Analyse & visualise

We run the agreed tests or models, build charts or dashboards, and check assumptions before writing up any result.

  5. 5

    Report & explain

You receive the report, output files and scripts, followed by a call where we explain each result and answer your questions.

FAQ

Questions people ask

Still unsure? Message us on WhatsApp and we will answer the same day.

Do you collect data for my thesis or study?

No. For academic work we analyse only the data you have collected yourself. We can review your questionnaire or data sheet before collection to make sure it can be analysed the way you plan.

Can you guarantee significant results or journal acceptance?

No, and no honest analyst can. Results depend on your data, and acceptance depends on the journal and reviewers. We guarantee correct methods, transparent reporting and clear explanation of whatever the data shows.

Will I understand the analysis well enough to defend it?

That is the aim. Every report explains why each test was chosen and how to read the output, and we hold an explanation call where you can ask anything before your guide meeting or viva.

Which software will you use?

We use whatever suits the task and your requirement: SPSS or SmartPLS for many theses, R or Python for advanced or reproducible work, and Power BI or Excel for business reporting. If your university expects a specific tool, tell us.

Is my data kept confidential?

Yes. Your data is used only for your project and is not shared with anyone else. We can work with anonymised files, and we delete working copies after handover if you ask.

How long does an analysis take?

It depends on data size, cleaning needed and the number of tests or models. After we see a sample of your data, the written quote states a clear timeline. Simple analyses often take a few days.

Ready to get started?

Share a sample of your data and your objectives, and we will suggest methods and send a fixed written quote after a short call.
